It was my first time going to Tony and Guy so I was slightly hesitant to spend more than I’m used to, but can say it was worth every penny! From start to finish, the experience was great. It started with my stylist Marta hanging my coat & and a quick consult, proceeded by the best hair wash experience ever in a massage chair & she even offered a head massage while the conditioner sets 🥹 Proceeding to the cut & dry process, she kindly offered me tea/coffee & explained everything as she did it to my hair, giving tips and showing how I can recreate at home & most importantly asked how I wanted it finished rather than automatically curling it as most stylists I’ve encountered tend to. Marta is an absolute gem and so talented, she communicated with and understood me so well, was so professional and hospitable, I will definitely be back to see her again! 💞
